This Shipping Policy explains how Veena Enterprises delivers orders across India, estimated timelines, shipping charges, and free shipping rules.

1. Service Area

We ship pan-India through courier partners. Delivery is available to most serviceable pincodes. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: charged as shown at checkout (based on weight/method).
• Express Delivery: faster option with higher shipping fee (where available).
• Store Pickup: free, if offered for your order.

3. Free Shipping

Orders with cart value of ₹1,999 or more (after coupon discount, before tax where applicable) qualify for free standard shipping on eligible shipping methods. Exact free-shipping status is shown at checkout.

4. Processing & Delivery Time

• Order processing: usually 1–2 business days after confirmation/payment.
• Standard delivery: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch (selected locations).

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier disruptions, incorrect address, or remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email or visible in your account under My Orders.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your name, phone, and full address with correct pincode are accurate. Failed deliveries due to wrong/incomplete address may incur re-shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If the package arrives damaged or items are missing, refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and products. We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
