Return & Refund Policy

At Veena Enterprises we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are possible.
1. Return Window
You may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligible Returns
- Wrong item received.
- Damaged / defective product on arrival.
- Missing items from the order (report with unboxing proof).
- Significant quality issue not matching product description.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened/used beyond inspection (unless defective).
- Items without original packaging, tags, invoice, or free gifts.
- Hygiene-sensitive or sealed consumables once opened (if marked non-returnable).
- Clearance / final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
- Customized or special bulk orders (unless damaged in transit).
4. How to Raise a Return

- Share order number, product photos/video, and reason for return.
- Our team will approve/reject and share pickup or return instructions.
5. Replacement
Wherever possible, we prefer to send a replacement for damaged/wrong items. If replacement stock is unavailable, we will process a refund.
6. Refunds
- Online payments (UPI/Card/NetBanking): refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days after approval and product receipt/verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refund via UPI/bank transfer to the account details you provide, after verification.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped from your account or by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may use the return process after delivery if eligible.
